Terms and Conditions
 
These conditions and other information contained in our literature form a contract between you (The Client) and us (Owners).
 
Payment A booking will not be confirmed until 25% deposit is received. Reservations will be held for 7 days, if payment has not been received within this time your booking will be released.
 
Cancellation charges (as percentage of total rental cost).
  • More than 90 days before departure - full refund less booking fee of £30
  • 60-90 days before departure - 25%
  • 40 – 60 days before departure - 35%
  • 14– 40 days before departure - 50%
  • Less than 14 days before departure - 100%

We reserve the right to cancel your booking. In the unlikely event of this happening (e.g. fire/flood rendering the apartment unfit to let) we will refund all monies paid by you to us, but we cannot be held responsible for other costs or expenses incurred by you.
 
We regret that we can accept no liability or offer any compensation where our contractual obligations are affected due to changes, cancellations or curtailment caused by reason of industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, adverse weather conditions or technical problems to transport, closure or congestion to airports or ports, cancellation or changes by scheduled airlines and similar events beyond our control. Nor can we accept responsibility for any injuries whilst partaking in winter sports or other hazardous activities howsoever caused. All such activities are entirely at the clients’ own risk.
 
Clients’ behaviour Clients undertake to behave with propriety and take reasonable care of the property a damage deposit of £250 will be fully refunded once the apartment has been checked and deemed to be in a satisfactory condition. It is expected that the apartment will be left in the condition it was found in, any additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the deposit. Our apartment is non-smoking. We reserve the right to recover the cost of any damages caused by any client.
 
Holiday and Ski Insurance For your own protection we recommend all clients to have holiday/ski insurance before departure.
 
Arrival & Departure Saturday departures; normally rooms are available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure.
 
Accuracy The information in our literature is given in good faith having been carefully researched and presented. We cannot be held responsible for any circumstances beyond our control.
